【主な職務内容】
シニアリーダーの複雑なカレンダー管理、優先順位に基づいた会議の設定・調整
国内外の出張手配(フライト、宿泊施設、ビザ、地上交通手段の確保)および経費精算
リーダーに代わり、社内外のステークホルダーとの電話・メール対応の代行
リーダーが主催する会議の資料準備、アジェンダ作成、議事録作
チームビルディングやオフサイトミーティングなどのイベント企画・運営サポート
部門横断的なプロジェクトにおける事務局機能や進捗管理のサポート
その他、リーダーの業務効率を最大化するためのアドホックな業務への対応
Prepares comprehensive documents and reports to support critical business operations and strategic planning initiatives. Collects, organizes, and reviews operational data to ensure accuracy and relevance. Develops and delivers both informational and decision-oriented reports, analyses, and presentations. Maintains an in-depth understanding of organizational and functional operations, becoming familiar with company practices related to metrics, performance indicators, and reporting protocols. Synthesizes and compiles analytical findings for inclusion in reports and presentations. May serve on project teams, providing analytical support to achieve project objectives. Coordinates meetings and events, taking full ownership of their successful execution, and ensures quality by collaborating with leaders and team members as needed.
