職務概要

OT（Operational Technology）セキュリティ分野のThought Leaderとして、製造業・電力・交通（鉄道等）など多様な産業のOTセキュリティ水準向上をリードします。政府機関や関連団体と連携し、IT部門によるOT領域への積極的な参画や業界標準化を推進することで、日本の社会インフラと産業の未来を支えるポジションです。

期待される役割・ミッション

• 製造業、電力、交通（鉄道等）を含む多様なOT分野に関わる業界横断的なOTセキュリティビジネスの推進

• OTセキュリティ分野におけるThought Leaderとして、政府機関や関係団体と連携し、標準・ガイドライン策定への寄与

• 顧客のIT部門に対してOTネットワークおよびセキュリティの重要性を啓発し、積極的な参画を促進

• OTセキュリティを切り口に、IT部門主導でOT領域のネットワーク・セキュリティの標準化・統合化を推進し、IT予算での全社的なスケールを実現

• シスコ社内の関連部門やパートナー企業と連携し、シスコ製品を基盤としたOTセキュリティのManaged Serviceの企画・構築・推進

• 海外の最新事例やベストプラクティスの情報収集および社内外への展開

• 各種講演会やセミナー等でのプレゼンテーション・情報発信

• 社内外の多様な関係者と協働し、ネットワークを築きながらプロジェクトを推進

必須要件（Must）

• 10年以上のOTセキュリティ分野における高度な専門性およびThought Leaderとしての実績・知識

• ITネットワーク・産業向けネットワークの大規模プロジェクトをリードした経験

• OTとITの両領域に関わるセキュリティアーキテクチャ、標準化、リスク管理等への理解

• 社内外のパートナーや関係者と連携し、協力しながらプロジェクトを推進できる能力

• 最新動向・海外事例のキャッチアップ能力および情報発信力

• 業界関係者や顧客との折衝・提案力

歓迎要件（Nice to Have）

• 製造業、電力、交通（鉄道等）各業界の現場や運用実態への理解

• 産業系標準化団体・政策立案機関との関係構築経験

• 英語による業務遂行能力（中級レベル以上、サポート体制あり）

• 下記のいずれかのOTセキュリティ関連資格保有

• CISSP（Certified Information Systems Security Professional）

• CISM（Certified Information Security Manager）

• GICSP（Global Industrial Cyber Security Professional）

• ISA/IEC 62443 Cybersecurity Certificate

• CompTIA Security+ Certified SCADA Security Architect（CSSA）

• Cisco Certified CyberOps Associate

• その他、OT/ICSセキュリティに関する資格
