Job Overview
Troubleshoots standard hardware and software problems and utilizes standard operating procedures to provide support to resolve end-user problems.
VISÃO GERAL DO TRABALHO
Prestar suporte técnico a laptops e desktops (instalação, configuração básico de hardware e software).
Realizar suporte e manutenção do sistema operacional Windows 11.
Instalar, configurar e oferecer suporte aos aplicativos do Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, OneDrive).
Configurar e prestar suporte a impressoras.
Apoiar na configuração e suporte a coletores de dados.
Prestar suporte básico à infraestrutura de redes.
Registrar, acompanhar e solucionar chamados técnicos.
Controlar inventário de equipamentos de TI e apoiar processos de onboarding (preparação de máquinas e acessos para novos colaboradores).
REQUISITOS
Ensino Médio completo;
Cursando ensino superior ou tecnólogo em cursos relacionados a tecnologia;
Conhecimento em suporte a sistemas operacionais Windows;
Pacote Office completo
Conhecimento básico em redes;
Boa comunicação, proatividade e organização;
Disponibilidade para atuar de forma 100% presencial em Santa Rita do Sapucaí - MG
