We are seeking a dedicated JOB TITLE to join our team.
In this vital role, you will be responsible for working as a part of a team performing set-up and operations of welding equipment in addition to metal finishing operations in accordance with quality and production standards.

Shift Available: 1st Shift 6:00am-2:30pm Monday-Friday
Key Responsibilities:
Setting up and operate MIG and TIG welding equipment to weld various components to print
Using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, layout table, height gage, pin gages, chamfer gage, and inspectvision to verify parts to print requirements
Grinding and disc abrasive sanding on fabricated metal components
Identify critical to quality (CTQ) needs to ensure parts are holding dimensions
Perform first piece inspections for other operators
Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment
Maintain an organized workplace though 5S
Qualifications
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience and Training:
At least 1 year of experience in MIG and/or TIG welding
Physical and Mental Demands:
Regularly required to sit, stand, grasp, carry or lift up to 50 pounds
Must be able to read and understand weld symbols and blueprint drawings
