Job Description Rockwell Automation is looking for an experienced and strategic Global Trade Import Compliance Manager to lead and strengthen our global import and customs compliance program. You will be a primary subject matter expert on global import regulations and work with regional and functional partners to ensure compliance across the organization. You will provide regulatory guidance, drives program governance, supports global risk management, and enables efficient and compliant crossborder operations. You will report to our General Counsel, Global Trade Compliance. Your Responsibilities: Be a subject matter expert on global customs and import regulations, including tariff classification, valuation, country of origin rules, duty programs, and import documentation requirements. Monitor and interpret regulatory developments, assess business impact and compliance risk, and advise leadership on required actions and implementation strategies. Support responses to inquiries from global customs authorities. Develop, maintain, and enhance corporate import compliance policies, procedures, and standards. Support internal compliance audits, identify risk areas, and work with partners to implement corrective actions and sustainable process improvements. Contribute to the design, execution, and monitoring of the global import compliance program. Provide guidance on customs brokerage, clearance activities, postentry corrections, and resolution of import-related issues. Support our participation in global customs programs, including CTPAT, AEO, PIP, and other special trade programs (e.g., bonded warehouses, free trade zones).
