JOB REQUIREMENTS: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing. Develop requirements with product owners to deliver into scrum team. Maintain documentation and change requests. Retain initial requirements and revisions in JIRA. Understand the technical aspects of the project and provide guidance to engineering teams. Identify and mitigate potential risks, manage the release process for software and other products, and define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success. Collaborate with scrum teams to maintain Clarity functions. Design and maintain reporting tools from all workstreams, utilizing scrum and project management tools. Guide the team and organization toward following the Agile Project Lifecycle whilst championing ongoing process improvements and helping team members embrace the process. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: 4 years in any job title involving project management experience in a matrixed environment leading large-scale projects.
