SPECTRUM Strategic Major Account Manager in MILWAUKEE, Wisconsin

As aStrategic Major Account Managerat Spectrum, you will develop tailored business plans, position Spectrum Business as a trusted advisor for voice,videoand data solutions, and guide long-term account strategies. Your consultative approach and relationship-building skills will help clients achieve theirobjectivesand advance Spectrum\'s reputation for excellence. How YouWillMake an Impact Achieve or exceed monthly and annual new revenue and renewal quotas through strategic account management and consultative sales Conduct proactive needs analyses and execute account strategies in collaboration with the Sales Manager Monitor assigned accounts toidentifyrevenue growth opportunities and improve service levels Present tailored proposals andfacilitatesales presentations to address client business challenges Broaden SpectrumBusiness\'sreach by cultivating relationships and securing contract renewals with new and existing contacts Qualify new leads, coordinate sitesurveysandsubmitreturn on investment analyses to sales management Maintainaccuratesales databases to track client information and sales activities Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Sales Support and Marketing teams to enhance the client experience Attend sales meetings and training sessions to improve sales skills and stay informed on market trends Ensure compliance with Spectrum policies to mitigate risks and support account success Working Conditions Office-based role with regular travelrequiredto client locations within assigned footprint What You Will Bring to Spectrum RequiredQualifications Education High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited organization (GED) Experience 3+ years of sales experience exceeding revenue goals Skills Read, write,speakand understand English Demonstrated history of consistently exceeding sales quotas Strong understanding of computer networking, LAN and WAN technologies, high-capacityand fiber-connected networks Proven product and technical knowledge Effective relationship building, networking, negotiation and closing skills Quick learner able to apply new knowledge and partner with support resources for account growth Valid driver\'s license, safe drivingrecordand willingness to travel as needed Preferred Qualifications Education Bachelor\'s degree in a business-related field or equivalent combination of education, training and experience Experience 3+ years of sales experience exceeding revenue goals selling data, voice and video solutions in the telecommunications B2B industry Skills In-depth knowledge of CRM systems such as Salesforce Proficiencywith Microsoft Excel, Word,PowerPointand...
