In the role of Senior Logistics Analyst – Beyond Beer working in Milwaukee, WI, you will be part of the Customer Supply Excellence team. You will serve as the analytics and financial governance partner supporting our third-party distribution (3PL) network and freight (4PL) operations.
You will enable strong service, inventory integrity, and cost control through data-driven insights, financial discipline, and hands-on operational partnership.
This position reports to Director of Logistics – Beyond beer and works closely with our customer supply teams, finance and procurement partners. This position also partners closely with the North American DC Manager who owns the external partner performance and relationships.
What You’ll Be Brewing:
Serve as the analytics partner supporting 3PL and 4PL performance management
Develop and maintain KPI scorecards across warehouse and freight operations (service, accuracy, fill rate, cost, etc)
Provide reporting and insights for monthly and quarterly business reviews
Conduct root cause analysis on service failures, inventory discrepancies, and cost variances
Act as a source of truth for external logistics performance data
Partner with 3PLs, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure accurate inventory reconciliation and reporting
Analyze cycle counts, adjustments, shrink trends, and variance drivers
Support financial close and accrual development
Identify risks impacting inventory accuracy and cost performance
Monitor warehouse and freight spend against budget and forecast
Validate and approve 3PL and freight invoices, ensuring contract compliance
Investigate billing discrepancies in partnership with procurement and finance
Identify cost control and efficiency opportunities
Align with Logistics leadership on long-term analytics and performance visibility
Develop scalable reporting tools and dashboards
Support RFPs, rate negotiations, and network initiatives with financial and operational analysis
Strengthen processes, controls, and data quality across the distribution network
Oversee inbound and outbound capacity planning for import freight, coordinating container flow, warehouse receiving windows, and outbound shipment requirements to optimize service and reduce congestion
Build and maintain collaborative relationships with key logistics stakeholders, including drayage and ocean carriers, port contacts, 3PL/4PL partners, and our internal brewery network
Key Ingredients:
4 + Years of experience in supply chain analytics, logistics operations, or distribution finance
Either possess a bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Finance, Business, operations, data analytics OR have equivalent work experience.
Experience working with 3PL and/or 4PL partners preferred
Strong understanding of warehouse cost structure, freight billing, and inventory reconciliation
Advanced Excel skills: SAP or BI tool experience preferred
Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
Ability to operate independently in a performance-driven environment
Integral position in delivering against CSEs cost savings targets

Pay and Benefits:
At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.
Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings : $83,200.00 - $109,200.00 (posting salary range) + 10 % target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
