You will lead the analysis of business needs, define solution strategies, and ensure the successful translation of business objectives into scalable, secure, and sustainable technical solutions. This role requires deep expertise in business analysis practices, strong leadership and facilitation skills, and the ability to influence decision-making across multiple stakeholder groups. The Senior Business Analyst is expected to operate with a high degree of autonomy, mentor other analysts, and contribute to continuous improvement of analysis standards and practices across the organization.
