All that we\'re missing is you. Apply today! About the role We are seeking a Senior Manager of Engineering QA/QC to join our Plant Support Engineering team. This role combines governance-level quality oversight with hands-on field engagement at our 30+ Thermomechanical Treatment facilities (TTFs). The ideal candidate will bring demonstrated leadership and influencing capabilities in a matrixed organization as well as subject matter expertise in broad mechanical and/or structural engineering. The QA/QC Senior Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality management systems to ensure that all major fleet-wide structural and mechanical repair projects meet Reworld requirements, industry standards, and company specifications. This role provides strategic leadership for inspection, repair, compliance, and continuous improvement across all Reworld TTFs. There is also potential growth opportunity for this role, expanding into further engineering disciplines pending the success of the role.
