Job Description As a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst with Rockwell Automation, you will be a strategic bridge between business partners and Salesforce platform delivery teams. You will lead the analysis, design, and evolution of Salesforcebased business solutions across sales, service, marketing, and digital operations. You will translate complex needs into scalable, secure, and futureready Salesforce capabilities that drive measurable outcomes. work with Product Owners, Solution Architects, Developers and business partners. You will partner across IT and business teams to define requirements, improve endtoend business processes, support daily operations and improve the Salesforce ecosystem. You will help shape the Salesforce roadmap, ensuring agreement on enterprise architecture standards, data governance, and integration strategies while ensuring adoption of Salesforce best practices and innovations. You will report to the Salesforce Technical Leader and will work hybrid and based in either Milwaukee, WI or Houston, TX. Primary Responsibilities: Lead endtoend business analysis for Salesforce programs, including discovery, requirements definition, solution design support, and validation. Partner with process leads and product owner to understand strategic goals and translate them into clear, prioritized user stories and functional specifications. Collaborate with Salesforce Architects and Technical Leaders to ensure proposed solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with platform standards. Be the trusted advisor to Product Owners, helping shape the Salesforce product roadmap and release planning. Analyze and improve business processes across Sales Cloud(primary), Service Cloud, CPQ, Experience Cloud, and related Salesforce capabilities.
