In this hands-on role, you\'ll drive the go-to-market sales strategy and develop our channel partnerships within the Data Centers vertical sector across the United States. Key Responsibilities Independently develop and grow your vertical across the United States. Lead the creation and execution of a comprehensive go-to-market plan with support from the commercial leadership team. Benefit from our streamlined operational structure that allows you to focus 100% on customer engagement and sales activities, supported by dedicated estimating, project management, and service execution teams. Deliver integrated product and service solutions that foster continuous lifecycle relationships with end users, integrators, and contractors Establish Thomson Power Systems\' brand presence in your vertical. Build and maintain key stakeholder relationships while expanding direct customer base Exemplify Regal Rexnord\'s values and conduct business in accordance with the company\'s vision, mission, initiatives, and policies Required Education, Experience and Skills: 5+ years of successful outside sales experience within the Data Center vertical sector Proven track record of developing and executing strategic sales initiatives that delivered significant revenue and margin growth Willingness to travel regularly to customer sites (up to 50% travel time) within your region. Valid driver\'s license Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring company sponsorship to obtain or keep U.S. work authorization.
