FTE: 0.900000 Standard Hours: 36.00 Shift: Shift 4 Shift Details: Holidays: Weekends: Job Summary: Comprehensive RT Residency Program: Transition smoothly from student to professional with our structured residency program designed to enhance your skills and confidence over the first 12-months of your career. RC Graduate: Students anticipating graduation from an RT program between May and August 2026 are encouraged to apply now for positions that begin in Summer 2026. The Respiratory Care Graduate position transitions the new graduate into a Respiratory Care Practitioner role post-graduation. The individual will take the skills and knowledge gained in school and clinical experience to work directly with a preceptor to become competent with all equipment, modalities and clinical patient assessments needed to care for patients in the hospital setting. The Respiratory Care Graduate position will provide direct patient care in accordance with the hospital\'s objectives, policies and procedures and display the core values of Froedtert under supervision of a licensed RCP. EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION: Successful completion of a course of study in Respiratory Care is required. Clinical experience in hospital, home care or skilled nursing facility is preferred. EDUCATION DESCRIPTION: Graduate from an accredited Respiratory Therapy program with an Associates Degree is required. Graduate from an accredited Respiratory Therapy program with Bachelors Degree is preferred.
