What We Offer: \$1,000 Hiring Bonus 100% Employee Insurance Coverage (Medical, Dental, Vision) 50% Dependent Health Benefits 401(k) with Company Match Paid Holidays, and a Generous PTO Policy Opportunities for Career Growth What You\'ll Do: Inspect and verify incoming materials, supplier parts, and in-plant production for compliance with established procedures Analyze recurring production issues, recommend corrective action, and complete rejection reports when necessary Collaborate with suppliers and internal departments to resolve quality concerns Maintain calibration of measuring equipment and ensure proper usage Prepare reports for inspections, verification, and testing results Support operational testing of rail cars and participate in customer delivery inspections What We\'re Looking For: Associate degree or vocational/technical school in mechanical systems, or 3-4 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or industrial settings Knowledge of manufacturing processes, paint processes, inspection techniques, and non-destructive testing Familiarity with metrology and Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001) Industrial Technical Engineer background preferred SAP R3 knowledge and Spanish language skills are a plus Physical and Other Requirements: Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test Frequently required to stand, walk and perform manual tasks Occasionally required to climb ladders, maintain balance, and adjust focus as needed Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds Ready to Build Your Future with Us?
