JOB REQUIREMENTS: Dematic invites applications for a Director of Procurement Project Management to join our winning team. The position heads 13 Procurement Project Leads (PPLs) and is tasked with developing and delivering a comprehensive plan that links procurement buying with Dematic\'s project teams. The Director should be knowledgeable about the supply chain environment and able to share procurement strategies with the Dematic team. They are also responsible for communicating Program Execution needs, such as cost and timing, to the procurement team. While the role does not handle sourcing, it supports a process that ensures supplier timely delivery, budget adherence, and accurate quality levels to meet customer expectations. The base pay range for this role is estimated to be \$153,000 - \$224,400 annually at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills. Tasks and Qualifications: Lead the Procurement Project Leads (PPLs) who serve as the primary contacts for the project teams. Ensure the PPLs track the \'as-sold\' budget to the customer vs. the \'as-executed\' to capture Procurement cost savings/inflation performance. Collaborate with internal partners (at all levels and countries) to ensure internal customer happiness and flawless project execution. Drive implementation, maintenance, and compliance of procurement policies and procedures. Contribute to strategic deliverables, actively promoting continuous improvement.
