The Project Manager ensures that project teams, composed of IT and business resources, follow established methodologies and PMO standards while delivering agreed scope within schedule and budget. This role partners with stakeholders across IT and the business to manage project execution, resolve issues, and support successful delivery across Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid development environments. The Project Manager applies a collaborative leadership approach, supports informed decision-making, and escalates risks or issues through defined governance structures.
