This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop accurate demand forecasts, ensure material availability, and balance inventory levels while minimizing E&O exposure and associated costs. The role will champion best practices in demand planning, safety stock management, supply planning processes, and performance reporting. The planner will engage directly with suppliers to obtain pricing, availability, and order status, providing proactive risk mitigation to ensure customer delivery metrics are consistently achieved. This role is critical for aligning supply and demand strategies with networking capital goals, customer service targets, meeting targets set across the Home Energy business. The ideal candidate can be based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin; Kohler, Wisconsin; or Hattiesburg, Mississippi. This hybrid role requires onsite presence at least 2-3 days per week.
