Job Title: Press Brake Operator
Job Description
Engage in the daily operation of brake press machinery for cutting and fabricating parts for a diverse range of clients. This role offers opportunities for cross-training on new machines, ensuring a dynamic work experience.
Responsibilities
Operate brake press machinery to cut and fabricate parts.
Cross-train on various machines to provide support across different areas.
Set up and program different types of machinery including Bystronic, Accupress, and CNC.
Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate fabrication.
Utilize tools such as calipers and micrometers effectively.
Essential Skills
1-2 years of experience in turret, brake, or laser operation.
Ability to read blueprints accurately.
Experience in operating and setting up brake press machines.
Good communication skills and a strong work ethic.
Ability to work effectively in a team.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with brands like Diamond, Triumph, and Toyoke.
Interest in learning and operating different machinery within the shop.
Experience with machine programming and setup is beneficial, though not required.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milwaukee, WI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $30.00/hr.
