In the role of Payroll Coordinator working in Milwaukee, WI you will be part of the Global Business Services (GBS) team where you will execute payroll services and processes for the organization. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of payrolls, researching, and troubleshooting system payroll issues, and contribute to various projects as a subject matter expert, among other duties.
This position reports to the GBS Payroll Team Lead in the Record to Report Tower.
What You'll Be Brewing :
Process timely and accurate multi‑state and multi‑province payrolls across the Americas region, including the U.S., Canada, and LATAM.
Set up and maintain garnishments, liens, tax levies, and leaves of absence, including researching and resolving related inquiries.
Ensure full compliance with federal, state, provincial, and regulatory requirements, including IRS and CRA guidelines.
Troubleshoot and resolve Dayforce North America payroll issues, collaborating with technical teams as needed.
Audit, analyze, and validate payroll data throughout the end‑to‑end payroll cycle, taking prompt action to resolve discrepancies.
Apply and uphold company policies related to payroll, timekeeping, and attendance, ensuring consistent adherence.
Balance and reconcile payroll results between Dayforce and SAP systems.
Provide support to employees, managers, and HR partners on payroll matters, wage and hour laws, compliance topics, and policy updates.
Investigate and resolve issues raised internally or by third‑party service providers.
Deliver accurate, objective, and timely payroll reporting to management and cross‑functional stakeholders.
Perform other payroll‑related duties as assigned to support the department’s overall success
Key Ingredients:
You will have 2- years of payroll experience
A bachelor’s degree or CPP designation is preferred
Experience with US and Canadian payroll preferably multi-state, multi-province, and multi-entity processing
You have strong Excel skills and experience with payroll software
You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and you provide a high level of customer service
You can work with minimal supervision in a team setting
You can work with and maintain confidential documents and information
You have excellent organizational skills to complete a large volume of work timely and accurately and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities
You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome

Pay and Benefits:
At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.
Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings : $51,000.00 - $67,000.00 (posting salary range) + 5 % target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
