Job Summary The Operations Supervisor provides critical support to field operations across local operating areas within Wisconsin. This role is responsible for driving standardization, ensuring compliance with operational processes, and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and cost control. Acting as a backup to area supervisors, this position also provides analytical support, risk mitigation, and contributes to leadership development across the team. The ideal candidate will have strong field knowledge, budgeting expertise, and the ability to collaborate across departments to drive performance and accountability. Job Responsibilities Support daily operational activities at the area level and serve as backup to area supervisors as needed. Conduct daily reviews of employee timesheets to ensure proper accounting and labor charging. Perform safety observations and promote a culture of safety and compliance. Identify and lead process improvement initiatives focused on financial efficiency and operational effectiveness. Collaborate with operations leadership to implement strategic initiatives that align with financial and business goals. Manage accurate and timely overtime call-outs in accordance with company and union policies.
