Manager, Compensation Ops & Strategy - The Auto Club Group What you will do: Reports to (job title): Director or above The Manager, Compensation is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the compensation function, including the direct management and development of a team of compensation consultants. This role partners closely with senior compensation leadership to provide input into enterprise compensation strategies and the multi-year compensation roadmap, translating strategic direction into executable plans. The Manager leads the planning and delivery of compensation initiatives and operational processes, with a strong focus on process improvement, operational effectiveness, and high-quality project delivery. Through disciplined execution, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement, this role ensures compensation programs are scalable, compliant, and aligned with business priorities. Key Responsibilities include: Manage and oversee the day-to-day activities of the compensation operations and team to ensure quality, accuracy, and timeliness of deliverables. Lead, coach, and develop a team of compensation consultants, providing direction, workload prioritization, and quality oversight of deliverables. Partner with senior compensation leadership to provide input into enterprise compensation strategies, annual priorities, and the multi-year compensation roadmap.
