ManpowerGroup Maintenance Supervisor-Property Management in Milwaukee, Wisconsin

Our client, a Property Management firm is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join their team. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be part of the Maintenance team supporting Property Maintenance. The ideal candidate will have hands on maintenance experience, HVAC background and be reliable which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor-Property Management

Location: Green Bay, WI

Pay Range: $66-75/k

What’s the Job?

  • Oversee all aspects of property maintenance.

  • HVAC background

  • Be willing to obtain CPO certification

  • Foster teamwork and collaboration between Maintenance, Property Management, and Leasing staff.

  • Coordinate and schedule all turns, work orders, contractor work, and preventative maintenance.

  • Take responsibility for vacant units during and after make-ready activity;

What’s Needed?

  • Minimum of 3 years residential/property maintenance experience

  • Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, and energy management systems.

  • Proficient computer skills, including property management software and Microsoft Office

  • Valid drivers license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.

  • Ability to work on-call, weekends, and after-hours as scheduled.
