Aerotek Maintenance Mechanic in Milwaukee, Wisconsin

Job Title: 1st and 2nd Shift Maintenance Mechanic

Job Description

As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will be responsible for the upkeep and repair of equipment used in liquid painting and powder coating applications. This includes maintenance on liquid filling machines, powder coating systems, furnaces, ovens, conveyors, and more. Additionally, you will handle electrical systems such as fuses, relays, and single/3 phase systems operating at 480 volts.

Responsibilities

  • Perform maintenance on liquid filling and powder coating equipment.

  • Maintain and repair furnaces and ovens used for liquid painting and powder coating.

  • Inspect and service conveyors, bearings, belts, shafts, and pumps.

  • Handle electrical systems including fuses, relays, and 480v single/3 phase systems.

  • Perform troubleshooting and repair of PLCs.

  • Conduct preventive maintenance and routine inspections.

Essential Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in maintenance and mechanical repairs.

  • Proficiency in mechanical repair, hydraulics, and preventive maintenance.

  • Experience with troubleshooting electrical systems and pneumatics.

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

  • Skills in PLC troubleshooting and repair.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $63000.00/yr.
