ManpowerGroup Maintenance Director-Property Management in Milwaukee, Wisconsin

Our client, a Property Management company is seeking a Regional Maintenance Manager to join their team. As a Regional Maintenance Mgr, you will be part of the Executive team supporting various properties in the state of WI. The ideal candidate will have a progressive background in Property Maintenance, high-rise building experience and good project management skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Regional Maintenance Manager-Property Management

Location: Milwaukee, WI

Pay Range: $90-125/k + bonus

What’s the Job?

  • Support Maintenance teams at all of the co's properties

  • Help with special projects at all properties

  • Be a part of the Executive leadership team

  • Travel to and visit co's properties in the state.

What’s Needed?

  • At least 5 years of experience in a Property Management Maintenance role.

  • Solid knowledge of central HVAC systems.

  • Experience with high-rise buildings a must

  • Work closely with contractors, secure bids for projects

  • Have excellent MS Office skills as well as Data Analytics
