SITE STAFFING INC Machine Shop Operator - Direct Hire in MILWAUKEE, Wisconsin
JOB REQUIREMENTS: ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Operate Makino MMC (pallet pool) including loading & unloading of fixtures, cleaning debris from parts, performance and verification of quality checks, and material handling required to keep all CNC\'s operational. 2. Check, maintain, repair, sharpen, replace and monitor the working inventory of machine cutting tools of each machine. 3. Identify machine and/or tooling issues, then work closely with the supervisor, tool room, maintenance or engineering to resolve the problem. 4. Serve as technical lead apprentice for operators in the machine shop. 5. Assist with training of new operators. 6. Operate forklift 7. Move material to operations within the plant and document through SAP. 8. Able to understand technical part prints and develop tooling plans based upon those prints. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
