JOB REQUIREMENTS: Human Resources Generalist (Recruitment Focus) Schedule: Monday-Friday, 1st shift Pay Range (based on experience and qualifications): \$70,000 - \$85,000 per year. Position Summary The Human Resources Generalist with a focus on recruitment is responsible for supporting the full spectrum of HR functions, with a primary emphasis on talent acquisition. This role will lead end-to-end recruitment processes, while also supporting onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and HR initiatives that support a positive and productive workplace culture. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Recruitment & talent acquisition (primary focus): Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions. Post job openings on internal and external platforms. Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure a strong talent pipeline. Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and feedback sessions. Manage applicant tracking systems and maintain accurate candidate records. Extend employment offers and coordinate all pre-employment processes, including physical examinations, background checks, reference verifications, and other onboarding requirements. Conduct wage and compensation surveys to analyze market trends and ensure the organization offers competitive and equitable wage rates. Represent the company at job fairs and recruitment events. General HR Support: Support employee relations by addressing inquiries and resolving issues. Maintain HRIS data and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives. Participate in HR projects and process improvements. Develop and conduct employee and management training on topics such as interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance reviews, FMLA, sexual harassment, etc.; serve as a back-up for conducting new hire training and...
