Position Description As the Human Resources Director for the Air Handling Unit (AHU) vertical, you will serve as the strategic HR leader for a hyper-growth business. You will partner directly with the Vice President/General Manager to build and scale the organization from its startup phase to maturity. This role requires a blend of strategic leadership and hands-on execution to develop the HR infrastructure, talent strategy, and culture necessary to win in a dynamic and competitive market. You will have direct leadership responsibility for HR Managers at our plant locations in the U.S. and Canada and will be a key member of the AHU leadership team. This is an ideal role for an experienced HR leader who is an entrepreneur at heart and excels at scaling businesses for the future. Key Responsibilities Partner with the VP/GM of the AHU vertical to develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy that supports rapid business scaling, talent acquisition, and long-term growth. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of plant HR Managers across the U.S. and Canada, ensuring alignment and flawless execution of HR initiatives. Build and scale the HR infrastructure for the AHU vertical, establishing foundational systems, processes, and policies to support the business as it evolves from a startup to a mature organization.
