The Role:The Finance Business Intelligence Analyst will partner with Finance and business stakeholders to translate questions into analysis, dashboards, and recurring performance reporting. This role focuses on interpreting trends, explaining drivers (the \"why\"), and communicating insights through clear visualizations and storytelling. CPI is a high-integrity organization, and successful team members, including those in this key role, will admit mistakes, take corrective action quickly (fail fast), and be diligent in providing the best solutions while meeting deadlines. In addition, this role will support data governance and reporting processes by adhering to established standards and partnering with engineering teams to ensure data from multiple sources is used consistently and appropriately in analysis and reporting. What You Get To Do Everyday: Partner with stakeholders to translate business questions into key performance indicators (KPIs), dashboards, and recurring performance reporting using business intelligence tools such as PowerBi, Tableau, or Excel, based on the business case. Conduct rootcause analysis on product performance, customer behavior, and market trends by investigating patterns, variances, and anomalies to understand underlying drivers and business impacts. Investigate and resolve data-related issues by analyzing reported results, identifying anomalies, and partnering with stakeholders to ensure accuracy.
