Connect with a career that matters, and help us build a safer future.Department OverviewThe Products & Services Cybersecurity Business Enablement and Strategy (BE&S) Team is accountable for guiding Motorola Solutions platform and application teams through the complex web of sovereign cloud requirements and authorization processes which apply to our products across the globe. Our team directly enables access to new markets for MSI by successfully guiding and governing these processes, via the achievement of various authorizations, successful assessments, and certifications for Motorola Solutions products. This team is both internally and externally facing, and leads interactions with internal Motorola Solutions leadership, as well as external consultants, 3rd party assessors, various customers, and government agencies (both US and international).Job Description In this role you will: Drive and manage the security program for a large, multi-cloud FedRAMP High and CCCS Medium/Protected B authorized environment Serve as a trusted subject matter expert in the area of sovereign cloud requirements and authorization processes Participate in activities of the BE&S Team, including but not limited to: governance, compliance, risk management, security documentation creation and review, best practices guidance, security advisory, and security assessments Work with interdepartmental colleagues to implement new federal requirements from programs like FedRAMP 20x or CCCS Assist in identifying control gaps and recommend remediation solutions Collaborate with product development and information security teams of customer-facing solutions to refine security strategies and enable compliance to various sovereign cloud requirements Participate in assessments of Motorola Solutions products against sovereign cloud control sets Assist in the significant change governance process for Motorola Solutions sovereign cloud environments Interpret and communicate security requirements to product and platform teams Help drive a cybersecurity roadmap across the Products & Services organization Skills: Experience related to industry cybersecurity...
