As a result, a full-time position is available for an Experienced Airport Civil Engineer to join our Aviation Midwest group. This exciting opportunity is available in the following locations: Middleton, WI (greater Madison area); De Pere, WI; and West Allis (Milwaukee), WI. Responsibilities include: Designing and leading military and federal aviation engineering projects Evaluating and analyzing existing projects Preparing reports, budgets, cost estimates, specifications, plans, schedules, studies, and permits Leading proactive client interactions, marketing and communications with federal aviation clients Preparing scoping documents, fee estimates, and marketing strategies for proposed projects Oversee schedules and budgets for projects including forecasting workloads and monitoring work task hours Performing QA/QC tasks including leading design reviews Primary point of contact for client interactions providing regular project status updates Serving as the project manager and mentoring project staff; and serving as the onsite project engineer on construction projects Other tasks as assigned. A valid driver\'s license and frequent travel will be required. The successful candidate must have all the following: A bachelor\'s degree (or higher) in civil engineering or related field from an accredited college or university At least 8 years of relevant work experience PE license in any state with ability to obtain a PE license in additional states as needed The ideal candidate will have experience with any/all of the following: Experience with aviation and federal site design is preferred AutoCAD Civil3D design software Leading the development of plans, specs, reports, cost estimates, and submittal packages for military...
