MEC is seeking an ERP Project Manager who will support the delivery of ERP implementation initiatives and related technology projects. This role is responsible for managing assigned project workstreams or mid-sized ERP initiatives, coordinating cross-functional business and IT teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The ERP Project Manager partners with business stakeholders and technical teams to support successful execution of ERP lifecycle activities including design, testing, and go-live readiness. Location/Schedule: Hybrid in Milwaukee, WI Responsibilities General Duties and Responsibilities Work with project stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables. Manage day-to-day communication with project team members and stakeholders. Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, business owners, security, and external partners to achieve project objectives. Support team collaboration and help remove obstacles to progress. Escalate risks and issues to senior leadership as appropriate. Relationship Management Project Execution Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules. Track project milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies. Monitor resource allocation and assist with capacity planning. Manage project scope, schedule, and budget within assigned responsibility. Maintain comprehensive project documentation. Provide regular status reporting to project leadership.
