JOB REQUIREMENTS: JOB PURPOSE AND REPORTING STRUCTURE: Under the direction of the Mobile Unit Manager. The Mobile Health Unit Driver will be responsible for driving a 38-foot-long RV-style vehicle to and from offsite clinics and events throughout Southeastern Wisconsin. The mobile unit will offer mobile clinical health services in the area that include, but are not limited to vaccinations, routine health exams, chronic disease management, etc. These clinics will be at various locations with regularly scheduled collaborations during normal business hours, but special events may be after business hours and on some weekends. The mobile unit driver is responsible for safely driving the mobile unit, and equipment to and from offsite clinic locations. The mobile unit driver is responsible for securing the mobile unit and mobile unit staff from any threats with the intent to de-escalate to prevent issues if possible. The mobile unit driver is responsible for assisting the mobile unit team in setting up the offsite clinic, taking down the clinic, and providing onsite operational support. The mobile unit driver will assist with the stocking and restocking of supplies on the mobile unit, taking the unit to be serviced, and assisting with daily cleaning needs. In the event the mobile unit does not have 40 hours during the week the driver will be allowed to work as Public Safety/ Facilities onsite at Outreach Community Health Centers to fulfill the full-time hours. A Class D license is required. A CDL license is not required, but is preferred. This position will report to the Mobile Unit Manager. During any public safety and facilities hours, they will be provided guidance from the Public Safety Manager. This is a Full-Time Opportunity.
