Responsibilities: Partner with leaders and workstream owners to shape end-to-end employee and practitioner experiences across key strategic initiatives, ensuring UX is embedded from discovery through launch Design high-quality digital experiences across Talent & Culture technology products, including user flows, interfaces, and AI-enabled interactions that are clear, consistent, and easy to adopt Map current-state and future-state user journeys; create user flows that simplify complex processes, clarify decisions, and reduce friction across key moments in the employee experience; own the design workflow in Figma (and comparable tools), producing wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes that communicate intent and accelerate delivery Establish reusable interaction patterns, UI standards, and content conventions to ensure consistent experience across products and releases; build and maintain reusable components and templates to improve speed, consistency, and quality across teams Benchmark experiences against comparable tools and best practices to identify gaps, propose enhancements, and continuously raise usability and design quality Conduct interviews, usability testing, and feedback loops to validate designs; synthesize insights into clear recommendations and iterate quickly Qualifications: Minimum seven years of recent experience in UX/UI design, product design, or experience design; minimum two years of recent experience leading workstreams or mentoring...
