Harley-Davidson\'s York Vehicle Operations (YVO) facility, located in York, Pennsylvania, is our final assembly plant. YVO also performs a variety of manufacturing operations, including fabrication, welding, polishing, and painting, and produces a wide range of current and replacement parts for all models. - Join our team as a Director, Supplier Quality Job Summary This role is responsible for the global supplier quality function of the Corporate Quality strategy and leads the center-led activities related to quality performance management, quality strategy development, problem prevention, detection, and elimination activities related to vehicle and part quality, across the global supply chain. This individual will act as the voice of the customer as it relates to quality and will be the subject matter expert and change agent to ensure delivery of premium quality to our customers. This individual will sit on a variety of forums and be an influential leader of continuous improvement. Job Responsibilities Develop, refine, and implement the global supplier quality enterprise-wide quality strategy and facilitate cross-functional resources in support of the Quality Senior Leadership Group (QSLG) forum and initiatives.
