Global Industrial - Delivering Value Starts Here Key Responsibilities Responsibilities: The Regional Sales Director will lead and develop a team of Commercial/Retail Inside Sales Managers and Account Managers across 3 sales offices, to drive revenue growth and achieve strategic objectives. This role is responsible for strategic planning, team development, performance management, leadership, and product knowledge to foster a culture of excellence and achieve sales budgets and objectives Strategic Planning Oversee the management of Commercial/Retail Sales teams to create and maintain territory sales plans and pipeline opportunity creation Collaborate with Commercial/Retail Inside Sales Managers to formulate strategic sales plans, establishing clear goals and objectives. Analyze sales activities regularly to identify opportunities for improvement and assist sales reps in reaching their targets. Prioritize tasks effectively, optimizing time and resource utilization. Work alongside Sales Executives to roll out training and incentive programs. Implement company strategy and translate it into actionable initiatives for the team.
