JOB REQUIREMENTS: The Director Installation Portfolio BU will be responsible to deliver on Customer Projects. This role will execute installation efforts at customer sites under the safest conditions, providing the highest quality, in the most efficient way and achieving world class customer satisfaction. The base pay range for this role is estimated to be \$141,000 - \$206,800 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills. Tasks and Qualifications:What You Will Do In This Role: As a Director of Installation at Dematic Corp., you will play a key role in crafting the future of our installation processes. This is an outstanding opportunity to lead a team of highly skilled professionals and drive the successful implementation of our innovative solutions. You will take a leading role in ensuring flawless execution and customer happiness. You will coordinate Mechanical Installation, Electrical Installation, and Pre-Commissioning of Dematic solutions. By aligning with our mission statement and strategic plan, you will lead all aspects of, implement, and manage processes that deliver outstanding results. Your leadership will ensure efficient project delivery, high customer happiness, and strict adherence to plans. As part of this position, you will develop and manage project costing, budgets, and business plans. You will foster a culture of teamwork and cooperation, drive efficiency, and reduce waste through innovative installation improvement initiatives. These initiatives will support efficiency improvement, cost reduction, and risk mitigation in our projects. Teamwork is key, and you will build impactful project installation strategies and programs in close partnership with the installation function. Your expertise will be instrumental in recruiting, developing, motivating, and managing a group of extensively trained Project Installation professionals, ensuring we meet all business objectives.
