Job Description: As a Data Analytics Senior Associate, you will be a critical team member of the firm\'s Data and Analytics team. This role is a specialized role focused on supporting FP&A with insights, management reports, and analysis for decision-making processes. You will also be responsible for firm-level reports utilizing financial data and metrics. You will work closely with the Data Solutions, Data Operations, Finance, and Data Analytics team to develop business critical analysis and reporting to enable data driven decisions. Responsibilities * Develop and maintain data models, reports, and dashboards for FP&A function and firm overall with a focus on reporting forecasting data, budgeting and planning data, and trends, and providing insights for leaders. * Own end-to-end forecasting, budgeting, and planning reporting to support FP&A function. * Translate business needs into analytics/reporting requirements to support FP&A decisions and workflows. * Support overall firm initiatives from an FP&A perspective. * Proactively analyze and mine data lakehouse to identify additional insights, data quality concerns, and opportunities for additional data modeling. * Support users with ad hoc training, troubleshooting, etc. related to FP&A data and reporting.
