Actalent Construction Project Manager in Milwaukee, Wisconsin

Job Title: Construction Project ManagerJob Description

We are seeking a dedicated Construction Project Manager to oversee the complete management and execution of construction projects. The role involves assessing subcontractor qualifications, finalizing agreements, and ensuring all project documentation is accurate and up to date. The successful candidate will manage project closeouts and ensure all punch list items are completed before demobilization.

Responsibilities

  • Assess subcontractor qualifications and finalize subcontract and purchase order agreements.

  • Review, approve, and coordinate documents such as shop drawings, mock-up approvals, and design clarifications.

  • Oversee and manage the timely completion of all punch list items.

  • Review and approve invoices and receipts for accuracy and assist with the collection of invoices.

  • Prepare and submit monthly financial reports while maintaining updated project files and communications.

  • Manage the project closeout process, including walkthroughs with the owner and architect to create punch lists and verify completion.

  • 5+ years' experience as a construction project manager

Work Environment

The position operates Monday through Friday, located on project sites within Southeast Wisconsin.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Milwaukee, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $120000.00/hr.
