GREENFIRE MANAGEMENT SERVICES LLC Construction Operations Internship in MILWAUKEE, Wisconsin
JOB REQUIREMENTS: We are looking for a hands-on, motivated Construction Management Intern to join our field operations team. This internship provides valuable on-site experience in managing construction projects, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met. The ideal candidate is pursuing a degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field and is eager to gain real-world experience on active job sites. Key Responsibilities: Assist the field team with daily site operations and coordination. Monitor project progress and help maintain schedules. Support site safety efforts and participate in safety meetings. Help track materials, deliveries, and subcontractor activities. Participate in quality control inspections and documentation. Attend project meetings and assist with reporting and communication. Perform other duties as assigned to support the project team. Qualifications: Currently enrolled in a Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related program. Strong interest in field operations and hands-on construction experience. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work outdoors and on active construction sites. Basic understanding of construction drawings and terminology is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Procore or similar platforms is a bonus. Work Environment: Primarily field-based at active construction sites.
