This Position reports to:Engineering Manager As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain practical experience through various projects. Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also showcase your skills by supporting ABB\'s operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities. The work model for the role is onsite in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Please note that no relocation assistance or stipend will be offered for this position. Candidates must reside within a 50-mile radius of the office location. Candidates are expected to manage their own commuting arrangements. You will be mainly accountable for: Collaborate with the application engineering team to design automation systems Assist in the development and testing of automation software Assist in the installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of automation systems Assist with the creation of technical sales demonstrations Support the development of documentation and user manuals for automation systems Participate in project meetings and provide regular updates on project progress Participate in product inventories and manage department equipment Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards Assist with other engineering team duties as assignedQualifications: Currently enrolled in a bachelor\'s degree program in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields the United States, Intern must have reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
