About the team Our Test Ops team supports complex, high-volume testing environments that power critical financial services platforms. We work collaboratively to manage configurations, streamline test operations, and ensure environments remain stable, efficient, and ready for rapid delivery. The team thrives on problem-solving, continuous improvement, and supporting fast-moving projects with accuracy and accountability. What you will be doing You will take the lead in managing configuration activities across multiple testing environments, ensuring everything runs smoothly and accurately. You\'ll work closely with analysts, systems teams, and product partners while driving consistency, improving efficiency, and helping the team deliver high-quality outcomes. You\'ll solve problems, streamline processes, and become a trusted go-to expert for environmental readiness and configuration standards. Main duties and responsibilities Lead configuration management across multiple test environments. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and stability of environment setups. Collaborate with Test Ops, systems teams, and project partners to support delivery. Identify opportunities to improve processes, automation, and standards.
