The Bellman / Valet Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional guest service by assisting with luggage, escorting guests, parking vehicles, and ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience at a 109-room luxury hotel. This role is a key ambassador of the hotel, delivering a professional and welcoming first and last impression consistent with luxury hospitality standards. The ideal candidate is personable, physically capable, and attentive to guest needs, providing service with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in valet, bell service, or guest services preferred Valid drivers license with a clean driving record for valet duties Physical ability to lift luggage, stand, and walk for extended periods Strong interpersonal and communication skills Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and peak seasons. Working Conditions: Full-time or part-time positions available Requires standing, walking, lifting, and outdoor exposure for extended periods Frequent interaction with guests, vehicles, and luggage Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
