What You’ll Be Doing

  • Operate and monitor crushing equipment to ensure safe, efficient production.

  • Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance to keep equipment running smoothly.

  • Adjust machine settings to meet production targets and material specifications.

  • Communicate clearly with team members to coordinate workflow and maintain safety.

  • Maintain clean, organized work areas to support safe and reliable operations.

What We Are Looking For

  • Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and follow established procedures.

  • Strong awareness of safety practices in industrial or construction environments.

  • Capability to perform equipment checks, identify issues, and support basic maintenance.

  • Comfort working in fast‑paced, physically active settings with changing priorities.

  • Reliable communication and teamwork skills to support daily production goals.

Conditions of Employment

  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.

Work Environment

  • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
