Cabinet Joint Cabinet Assembler in Milton, Pennsylvania
Primary Role: Summary of roles and responsibilities of Assembler:
- Primary focus and objectives are assembly efforts at the Shop at Rock Creek by:
- Quoting new assemblies.
- Coordinate receiving and delivery of all assembly shipments with CWS, Customer and/or 3rd party transportation companies.
- Assemble Cabinets and accessories
- Executing time and cost-saving initiatives
- Collaborating with each department/company to improve the process and experience.
- Gain a working knowledge of Hubspot, creating, and moving deals/tickets including processing Shop replacements.
- Work within the Hubspot CRM to enter and track customer information as it pertains to quotes or tickets you have created.
- Working with the President, or his assignee, to develop and implement new strategic initiatives.
- Process all service and replacement tickets through our Suppliers for the Shop at Rock Creek.
- Works directly with Administration to make, compile, and quote assembly customers.
- Works directly with Cabinet Coaches and Quality Assurance to process replacements and investigate quality issues.
- Fosters professional relationships with co-workers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Creates a positive experience for clients by providing support and encouragement.
- Liaison with Suppliers on quality issues, Connex issues, both product and software, etc.
- Interface with Suppliers on projects that pertain to new product setup, Connex improvements, etc.
- Product development initiatives
- Visit/train with Conestoga to better understand their process and identify opportunities to improve CJ's overall quality.Maintaining QC tracking program
- Corrective Action and Preventative Action (CAPA) analysis and implementation
- Process development to lower overall replacement costs at The Shop.
- Corporate training (new hires, bolstering training of existing people) as it relates to Assembly and process improvement, new products, and design.
- Other duties as assigned.

Travel Requirements: This is not a remote position. You must be able to show up to work at the Milton Shop. The company also has annual company meetings. Location may vary.
