About the Role
We're looking for a reliable, hands-on Boat Shop Associate to join our team. This role supports day-to-day operations in our boat shop, assisting with maintenance, repairs, and general shop tasks. If you enjoy working with your hands, being around boats, and learning new skills, this is a great opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Assist with boat maintenance and repairs (cleaning, detailing, minor mechanical work)
- Help with launching, hauling, and moving boats
- Maintain a clean and organized shop and work areas
- Handle tools and equipment safely
- Support senior technicians and shop staff as needed
- Provide basic customer assistance when required
- Follow all safety procedures and marina policies
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Prior marine, mechanical, or shop experience preferred but not required
- Valid driver's license is a plus
