Responsibilities

Integrate testing processes into production workflows.
Test Execution:
Conduct tests on manufactured products, ensuring quality standards are met.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues during testing phases.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Analyze test data to identify trends and improvement areas.
Prepare and present reports on test results.
Collaboration:
Work with cross-functional teams to address testing requirements and challenges.
Contribute to design reviews for testability and manufacturability.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify and implement process improvements in testing phases.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate documentation of test procedures and results.
Ensure compliance with industry standards.
Quality Assurance:
Support the development of quality standards for manufacturing processes.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
Experience in test engineering within a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and tools.
Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
Detail-oriented with a focus on precision.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in a related field.
Professional certifications in test engineering and manufacturing.
Experience with automated testing systems.
