Job Description
Senior Facilities Manager – Milpitas, CA (Full-Time)
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our Milpitas manufacturing facility runs safely, efficiently, and without interruption. As the Senior Facilities Manager, you’ll lead the strategy and daily operations of building systems, environmental health and safety programs, and the technical maintenance team. Your work directly enables our production teams to operate reliably in a highly regulated, 24/7 environment. You’ll guide a skilled group of technicians, collaborate across all levels of the organization, and help us maintain a secure, compliant, and future-ready operation.
What you’ll do
Lead all building operations, utilities, and maintenance for electrical, water, gas, cooling, and clean room systems.
Implement and maintain facility policies, procedures, and safety programs.
Oversee all environmental, health, and safety compliance, including permits, waste management, emergency planning, and regulatory reporting.
Manage and mentor the facilities, technical, and equipment maintenance team, including hiring and training.
Coordinate and supervise contractors and vendors to ensure safety, quality, and compliance.
Respond to emergencies and critical alarms, providing 24/7 operational support as needed.
Maintain fire protection, security, and alarm systems for the facility.
Plan and manage facility budgets and support long-term operational strategy.
Drive facilities-related improvement projects that support business needs.
What you need
Ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and communicate effectively – required
Strong project management and problem-solving skills – required
Experience managing building systems, utilities, or manufacturing facilities – required
Contractor or vendor management experience – required
Experience in Environmental, Health, and Safety programs – required
Bachelor’s degree in Electro-Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent experience/technical training) – preferred
Previous leadership or management experience – preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaborative tools – required

Salary Range:
$120,300.00-$160,400.000
