Job Title: FPGA Verification EngineerJob Description
We are seeking an FPGA Verification Engineer to own the verification of entire FPGA designs used in high-end router products. This role involves understanding design specifications and interacting with design engineers to identify verification scenarios, creating test plans, and developing verification environments and test cases.
Responsibilities
Own verification of entire FPGA design used in high-end router products.
Understand design specifications and interact with design engineers to identify verification scenarios.
Create test plans, constrained-random verification environments, test cases, regressions, and coverage reports.
Identify and write all types of coverage measures for stimulus and corner cases.
Essential Skills
Minimum of 5 years of pure design verification experience at the block level and running simulations for either FPGAs or ASICs.
Experience with UVM and SystemVerilog.
Experience creating test cases and debugging them.
Proficiency with FPGA, Design verification, UVM, SystemVerilog, Verilog, I2C, MDIO, SPI, ASIC.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with control path, PCIE, Python.
Experience building an environment and framework from scratch is a huge plus.
Experience using AI to enhance work is advantageous.
Work Environment
The position requires working onsite 4 days a week (Monday to Thursday) with the flexibility to work from home on Fridays, unless specific tasks require onsite presence. This role provides the opportunity to support the High End Routing business group and work on next-generation routers. As a contractor, you will have the ability to own your FPGA verification projects. The initial duration is 12 months, with a realistic expectation to extend beyond 24 months, as most consultants on the services side do.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr.
