US Tech Solutions Electro-Mechanical Test Engineer Shift 1/ Shift 2 in Milpitas, California

$37.40-$39.60 per hour

Duration: 12 months contract

Job Description:

  • We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Electrical Manufacturing Test Engineer to support production build and test activities for camera systems and printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs).

  • This role requires strong troubleshooting expertise and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

  • Build, test, and validate cameras and printed circuit board assemblies in a production environment

  • Perform component-level troubleshooting and root cause analysis

  • Collaborate with engineering teams to transition new products into manufacturing

  • Update and maintain manufacturing documentation to ensure repeatable and standardized processes

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within manufacturing operations

  • Provide technical support to production teams during issue resolution

Experience:

  • Strong technical knowledge of printed circuit boards and electronic assemblies

  • Proven ability to troubleshoot down to component level

  • Solid engineering problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Experience working in a manufacturing or production test environment preferred

  • Ability to work independently with limited engineering/management oversight

Education:

  • Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE).
