Role Description: We are seeking a full-time Field Service Technician to join our team in Millbury, OH. The Field Service Technician will be responsible for:
- On-site maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of compressed air systems at customer facilities
- Diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, performing scheduled service, replacing parts, and ensuring optimal equipment functionality
- Maintain detailed service reports and communicate effectively with customers to provide outstanding support and solutions.
Qualifications:
- Experience in mechanical diagnostics, repair, and maintenance of industrial equipment
- Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting, wiring, and circuitry for industrial systems
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information to customers and team members
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to client locations -Familiarity with compressed air systems or experience working within the industry is preferred
- Technical certifications or completion of relevant vocational training is a plus
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team while adhering to safety standards
